being directed by Philipp Stolzl who also directed the following:

01.17.03: The band is en route to Romania to do a video shoot for Bring
Me To Life. They'll be back in the states just in time to play the Palo Alto show.

01.17.03: Ben has signed a deal with Jackson Guitars. They'll be building an entire
ad campaign around him. He got 4 Jacksons in the mail and said they're all gorgeous!

12.23.02: Well, bad news for Christmas. David Hodges, as of last Thursday, is
no longer a member of Evanescence. I don't know any details yet. You'll get them
as soon as possible.

As most folks have known for quite some time, Evanescence was signed to Wind-Up Records.
Their major label debut is due out sometime next year. Also, "Bring Me To Life" and
"My Immortal" will be featured on the DareDevil soundtrack in 2003. Evanescence is
playing a show in Little Rock on New Year's Eve at Nite Life Rocks. I'll be there, will
you?

Also, David left the band due to differences over the musical direction of Evanescence.
He is returning to his roots and trying to put together a band to play more to the
Christian market. Rumor has it he and Matt Outlaw are writing songs now. Good luck David!
