When Enclave began any band or musician that was known to share a similar belief in the Faith was linked here. That was fine at the time because there were so few Christian inspired music projects. Enclave will now strive to make a distinction between bands who are Faith Inspired and those bands and musicians who may share a common belief system (Faith Related).
Why am I bothering with all of this?
Lots of folks who check out the Bands section are looking for musicians who are called to a certain ministry or who portray an active walk so that they may be built up in their own walk and ministry. And other listeners simply want to be entertained by a musician who's common faith may offer glimpses of hope or perspective on life through their lyrics. It isn't easy trying to find the distinction between the two sometimes and I'm sure I've gotten it wrong on occasion, but I do feel that this is both fair for the Artist and the Audience. If you have any objections or helpful hints let me know.
I've also added a short summary of what each band sounds like. Whenever possible I've used the artists own description.
